Novosibirsk Low-Voltage Equipment Plant Co. is one of the largest plants in Novosibirsk Region. Launched as a plant for production of defense industry products, at present it manufactures a wide range of civil-purpose goods. Of main priority are low-voltage equipment for protection of electric circuits against overcurrent (United Nations Code 853620100) and starting and reversing devices for induction motors (United Nations Code 853690010). For furniture-making industry NLVEP Co. manufactures four-pin hinges, roll guides and castors bearing up to 100-kg. static load. Highly reliable driving rollers chains of 19.05- and 35-mm pitch are produced for farms and industrial enterprises (United Nations Code 731511900).

Products for export:

  • Cartridges of cal. 7.62 mm for sports (7.62 x 54 R "EXTRA") and hunting guns (7.62x54R, &.62x51 Win, 9x53), United Nations Code 930630910.
  • 5.6 mm cartridges (22LR) are manufactured for both sports and hunting guns "Sobol", United Nations Code 930630930.
  • 9 mm cartridges (9x17 "KURTs", 9x18 Mak., 9x19 "Luger") for sports- and firearms, United nations Code 93063100.
  • 9 mm cartridges filled with CS or CR irritants or having blinding effect are manufactured for gas pistols. The NLVEP Co.'s ammunition are famous for high reliability and quality. It is misfireless in the temperature range (+50 C - -50 C) in every climatic zone in the world.
  • Of special importance is the production of commercial cartridges for both home and foreign power tools. These cartridges of 150-790 Joules power are of the following calibers: 6.8x18 mm and 6.8x22 mm (.27) mm for Pts-84 and HILTI fastening tools, 6.3x 16 mm (.25) for Favorit and Colon tools, 5.6x16 (.22LR) for Ramset and Ausmark tools. The industrial cartridges are available in rosette crimped or paper waded makes (United Nations Code: 930610000).
