Novosibirsk Instrument-Making plant is one of the oldest enterprises in Russia and the single optical-mechanical and optical-electronic plant beyond the Urals which has the scientific, technical, production potential to be applied in the development and manufacturing of optical-mechanical and optical- electronic devices for both defense and civil industries of the Russian Federation.
The plant manufactures the following apparatuses: tool-room microscopes and profile projectors, optical dividing heads, autocollimators, optical quadrants, laser optical branches, complete photoelectric converters of linear movement, astronomical telescopes, medical and veterinary devices, daytime and night observation devices and sight for guns, special equipment.

• Tool-room microscopes IMTsL 100 x 50, A, IMTsL 150 x 50, B (901180000) is intended for measuring linear dimensions and angles of articles in the rectangular and polar coordinates;
  
• Optical quadrants KO-60 (903140000) is intended for measuring the inclination angles of plane and cylindrical surfaces and for setting them at an angle required to the horizontal plane.
