Novosibirsk Semiconductor Device Plant is one of the largest producers of electronic
apparatuses in the Russian Federation.
Products of the plant are successfully applied in the wide range of equipment including
computers, instruments, communication systems, remote measuring equipment,
automatics, radio and TV sets, space exploration and modern electronic systems.

CMOS, digital microcircuits specified by low power consumption and high noise immunity;
CMOS, medium-speed logic circuits with a wide supply voltage range (3 - 18V);
CMOS, high-speed logic circuits with operating frequencies in the range of 30 - 100mhz;
CMOS, microprocessor circuits;
CMOS, conventional circuits and circuits made to order;
Semiconductor devices:
Zener diodes (2.4 - 100V; 125 - 1000mW);
Temperature-compensated Zener diodes (6.2 -9.1V; 0.001%/0 C);
Voltage suppressors (0.15kW, 0.5kW, 1.5kW, 5.0kW, 3.9-700V);
Rectifier stacks (0.6 - 24kV).

The quality of the products produced has the reliability level of 3-4 failures per a million units supplied to
customers. In addition to basic products the plant offers a wide range of consumer goods.
