  • PLASMATORCH òðô-1 with gas-vortex arc stabilization for cutting thick metal objects and for plasma-mechanical treatment of large metallic articles. It consists of a cathode of special design, a device for supplying the working gas (air) and a nozzle for formation of a high-temperature flow. An object to be treated serves as an anode.
  • ELECTRIC ARC PLASMATORCHES for starting boilers at heat and electric power stations. The application of the electric arc plasma for lighting of coal dust torch of boilers instead of black oil improves the ecological and economic characteristics of heat and electrical power stations working on coal dust. At heat power stations where only black oil is used the application of plasma for mazut torch lighting makes it possible to eliminate the use of natural gas, to automate the process of lighting, to improve the fuel combustion and to reduce the emission of off-gases into the atmosphere. At the Institute it was developed a series of electric arc plasmatorches for thermal plasma generation of wide range of capacity (10-20 kW, 20-70 kW, 70-120 kW and so on). The most popular at power heat stations is two-chamber plasmatorchüäð-212: Plasma-generating air-gas mixture consumption is up to 50 kg/h; the average gas mass- temperature at the exit of the nozzle is 3500-4000 K, the inlet pressure in the electric discharge chamber is 2x10 % Pa, the weight of plasmatorch is 15 kg. For black oil lighting special one-chamber plasmatorches have been developed. They are simple in design and convenient in operation. The working arc currents are up to 100A (the anodes are copper, the cathodes are commercial products for welding electric arc apparatus). Launching of the said plasmatorches is practically non-inertial, this allows to use them in the conventional system of defending the touch from being out.
  • ELECTRIC ARC GAS HEATER üäð-104á - with gas-vortex arc stabilization is intended for researches of different technological processes under laboratory conditions. The design of a plasmatorch provides an opportunity to realize one-chamber plasmatorch design with fixed and self-adjusting arc length.
  • PLASMATORCH çîð-10 for gas and gas-mixtures heating up to 2000-6000 K for applying them in high-temperature processes. The plasmatorch refers to the linear plasmatorch class with gas-vortex arc discharge stabilization. The scope of application - in chemical industry (processes of fixation of atmosphere nitrogen, processing of chlorine organic wastes, production of catalysts and oth.), in nonferrous metallurgy (improvement of silumin production slags), in ferrous metallurgy (direct iron reduction).
  • UNIVERSAL SPRAY PLASMATRON "ðõî-3" - for spraying of different coatings on the components of machines and apparatus belongs to the class of linear plasmatrons with interelectrode insertions. They provide the generation of the power required at lower currents of electric arc as compared to the conventional spraying plasmatrons and many times decrease in temperature and velocity fluctuations of gas flow emitted from a plasmatron.
  • CABLE ALUMINUM TIPS AND ADAPTER PLATES WITH ANTI-CORROSION AND CONDUCTING COATINGS are manufactured on the basis of resource- and energy-saving technologies using the cold gas dynamic spraying technique. The technique allows one to obtain coatings of the following metals and their alloys: Al, Zn, Cu, Fe, Ti, V, Co, Ni, Sn and others as well as epoxy polymers on various products and dielectrics, including glass, ceramics etc. The adhesion is 30-80 Mpa, porosity is 1-10%, the coating layer thickness is 10-10000 um. Gas temperature is 0-500 C, the particle size is 1-50 um, the productivity is up to 240 kg/h. Facilities based on the cold gas dynamic spraying technique.
    • Class A - facilities for anti-corrosion coating of shaped molds, rolled steel, pipes and so on.
